The requirements for membership are:

Ordinary Members (Full Members)

• That the member's company manages sectional title schemes, Home Owners Associations etc.
• That the member is registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board
• That the member is in possession of a valid fidelity fund certificate
• That the member has signed the NAMA Code of Conduct

This category entitles all managing agents/property portfolio managers in the employ of the member's company to enjoy the full benefits of membership under a single corporate membership subscription fee. Kindly note, branch offices of national or regional companies are considered separate entities and therefore need to register as members independently of their firm's head office membership.

Affiliated Members

Being persons not practicing as managing agents but applied for membership (and approved by the Regional Committee and the Directors) due to the fact that it will be to his/ hers benefit to join NAMA in order to stay updated on what is happening in the Sectional Title Industry.
These members pay the normal membership fees, are entitled to all information from NAMA, may attend the meetings of NAMA but have no voting power.

APPLICATION FORMS ARE AVAILABLE FROM NAMA REGIONAL OFFICES, OR ON OUR WEBSITE UNDER "COMPANY DOCUMENTS" AND SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY THE APPLICANT COMPANY'S SENIOR DIRECTOR, MEMBER OR BRANCH MANAGER.

Honorary Members

Being persons not practicing as managing agents and invited by the Board of Directors, in writing, to join NAMA as a Honorary member by reason of their special achievements, expertise and attainments or services rendered within the Sectional Title environment.
These members do not pay any membership fees, are entitled to all information from NAMA, may attend the meetings of NAMA, but have no voting power.

Membership Fees

Subscriptions are payable monthly or annually in advance. The Executive Directors of NAMA determine membership categories and fees from time to time.
