Any party to a dispute can refer the dispute to Equillore. A referral can be submitted in any of the following 4 ways.

1. Click here to complete and submit the electronic referral form.
2. Download the referral form and fax the completed form to 021-422-4637, or email it to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
3. Call Equillore on 0861-258-852. You will be assisted in submitting a referral.
4. Visit the Equillore office at 3rd Floor, Waalburg Building, c/o Wale Street and Burg Street, Cape Town, where we will assist you in referring your dispute.

Please note the Equillore offices hours are: Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:30

Once the referral has been submitted the referring party will receive an email confirming the referral. Please read that email carefully and follow the instructions. The email will serve as a verification of your email address. You will be asked to click on the link provided in the email message. This link will take you to a page where you can choose a password for logging onto the case management system.
